We founded Key Health Assist on a simple belief: in a medical emergency, the family should never have to chase doctors, hospitals, paperwork and insurance at once. That work belongs to a coordinator. Today, we are that coordinator for thousands of patients across Nepal and four international corridors.

Why Nepal, and why this work.

Founding

Our founding mantra is engraved in the realization that in a medical crisis, the medical care itself is only half the battle; the real-challenge is navigating the operational chaos behind it. We saw a critical need for a dedicated platform to synchronize logistics and operations with health and insurance in real time. We are building Key Health Assist to be that definitive bridge between crisis and care.

Mission

To be a trusted, neutral coordinator that connects every local or international patient with the right care, at the right hospital, with the right paperwork, at the right cost. No conflicts. No commissions on care. Only compassionate care.

Vision

A future where no family in Nepal or the broader region has to navigate a medical crisis alone. Coordination is healthcare's missing link — we are building it for the mountain, the Madhesh, the Gulf, the diaspora.
